You don’t have to go for broke when you are opting for a well laid out plan in wedding photography.
As a matter of fact, so many other brides who have gone before you have done it for a relatively less and more affordable price. Not all of the great weddings out there have extravagant wedding budgets to burn. It all boils down to what your priorities will turn out to be at the end of the day and to how you would like to get things managed and set up when it all comes down to it. Less money doesn’t always mean that you will end up with something that is less than what you have expected or less than what you have always wanted for the wedding day and for the wedding photography coverage that you will have during that particular day. Here are a few smart ways for you to map out your wedding photography needs.
Limit the number of associate shooters that you are getting.
You don’t need an entire team if it’s just for a small wedding. If you aren’t planning a full out wedding with hundreds of guests to cover on the photography side of things, you might not need an entire team of photographers at your disposal during that particular day. If you only have 50 to 70 guests or so, you can probably go ahead and make do with just one wedding photographer on deck. This will cost you relatively less than for when you try to go ahead and get a package that has two or more wedding photographers on deck. That might turn out to be a little bit overrated at times and it is the type of thing that you can do without if you are planning on making a few budget cuts here and there.
Go for smaller and fewer prints if you are ordering from your wedding photography service.
You don’t need all of your images blown up in print. Pick out one or two that you like the most. You can even opt to not get anything printed through your wedding photographer at all. You can just get your hands on the digital copy of all of your wedding photos and run to the local drugstore that can go ahead and print the photos out for you for at a way more affordable price. It can all work out for you the right way when it all comes down to it.
You don’t need an actual hardbound physical wedding album.
Again, make it a point to just stick right down to the basics as much as possible. If it is something a little extra on the side, you can probably go ahead and opt out of it at the end of the day. Focus on the most important stuff that you need for the coverage of your wedding.
